How do I order online?
  1. Go to our official website - Gerbera Florist Bali.
  2. Choose the items that you like with click on the product image, the product title, or the button titled “Add to Cart”.
  3. You then have the opportunity to see an overview of your order in your "Shopping Cart".
  4. Click button in bottom right of page that says “Proceed To Checkout”.
  5. From here you can either fully register as a customer or proceed as a guest.
  6. In the Shipping Area fill out all the details of where the order is going to be delivered or choose address from your order history list.
  7. Fill out the delivery date information.
  8. Choose your card message design and fill out the message box – this is compulsory.
  9. You will then be shown the detail of your order, click the “Pay Now” to confirm your order.
  10. If you have paid, click “Confirm Payment” on Confirmation Payment Page.
  11. You will receive email about your order and that mean your order has been processed by our staff.
  12. Done.
Are there any areas Gerbera Florist Bali do not deliver in?
No, Gerbera Florist Bali delivers throughout Bali area, whilst located in Denpasar. However, there are a few areas that may require additional delivery charges. If this happens to be the case we will contact you to discuss the matter.
How will I know if my order has been successfull?
You will receive order notification from our website and email outlining the order. You can also log in to see the status of you order also.
Does Gerbera Florist Bali let me know when my flowers have been delivered?
You can set on our website to receive “Delivered Notification” by email.
Does Gerbera Florist Bali offer same day delivery in?
Yes, just order your flowers before 4pm the day you want them delivered. Please bear in mind though that due to our cultural obligations from time to time we are closed for ceremonies.
How can I cancel an order?

How to use Valentines Free Delivery?
Free delivery for any items that will delivery for Valentines day, Dec 25. Please follow this instructions:
  1. Make an order for Valentines Day December 25 (via our official website or direct contact - phone or email).
  2. Let me know your order number by email using tittle "VALENTINES FREE DELIVERY - (your order number)". Ex.: VALENTINES FREE DELIVERY - 55521291.
  3. We will send final invoice by reply your email.
  4. Pay your final invoice.

If you do not want to waiting our confirmation by email, You can use alternative step:
  1. Make an order for Valentines Day February 14 (via our official website or direct contact - phone or email).
  2. See the delivery fee in step one. You can also see in step 3.
  3. Pay grand total minus the delivery fee.
  4. Send your order number to us by email using tittle "VALENTINES FREE DELIVERY - (your order number)". Ex.: VALENTINES FREE DELIVERY - 55521291.
  5. Your order is finish.

IMPORTANT ---
Make sure your order will be delivery in Valentines Day (Feb 14). This promo for all items.
If you already pay all invoice (include delivery fee), let me know and we will return your delivery fee. Please note that banks might take 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.
