Local famous red wine for your special one.
Medium bodied red wine made from local Alphonse-Lavallée grapes.
The wine presents a colour with cherry red impressions.
Best served slightly chilled.
Food match: Recommended served slightly chilled, an excellent match for grilled meats & spicy chilli dishes. Suggested with Indian, Mexican and Indonesian dishes and great with grilled meats.
Serving temperature: 12 to 18 degrees Celsius for young red wines.
Available in 750ml bottles.

Care Instructions

Flowers

When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water.
Re-cut 1-2” of the stems at a 45 degree angle.
Use a clean vase and clean water.
Remove the leaves below the waterline but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
If any petal gets damaged, then remove it from the flower.
Check the water level daily and replenish as needed.
Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
Enjoy your flowers!

Fruit

Wash your fruits before consumption.
Eat your fruits when they are fresh.
Store these in the refrigerator.
If they are exposed to high temperatures, they may begin to ferment, compromising the appearance and flavour.

Cake & Chocolate

Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it.
Leave it in the fridge until it is time to cut and serve.
The cake should be placed back in the fridge and should be consumed within 48 hours.
